Recipe Ingredients

4 Top Sirloin Steaks
1/2 cup cumin powder
1/2 cup chili powder
4 tbsp. ground coriander
2 tbsp. cayenne pepper

4 tbsp. black pepper

2 tbsp. cinnamon powder

2 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tbsp. salt

1 tbsp. New Mexico Chile Powder

1 tbsp. garlic powder

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 lime

Cooking Instructions

Take the Top Sirloin Steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature. Start your grill or start heating a large cast iron pan on your stove top. Next, mix all the dried ingredients in a small bowl. Once your grill or pan is hot, rub the steaks with the vegetable oil, then rub the steaks with the latin rub covering the whole steak. Place the steaks on the grill or in the pan and cook to medium rare, 3 minutes per side. Remove the steaks to a serving plate and garnish with lime wedges.
