Cooking Instructions
Cut sub roll in half and lay aside. Take steak and sprinkle with rub and let it sit for ten min. Heat up a cast iron skillet to med high heat, cook steak to the acquired temperature that you like. When done set aside to rest.

Use your favorite Pico de Gallo recipe here, there are so many great ones out there to choose in recipe land.
Queso sauce
Heat the amount you like up and set aside
Assembly Process
Take roll and use bottom layer first. Put steak on bread and then top the steak with pico, then sauce then bun.
