Cooking Times
for Boneless SteakRemember to fully thaw your steaks. Sear on high heat for 1 - 2 minutes each side, then move to indirect heat. Turn them 1 minute before the halfway point of the cooking time. For perfect doneness, we recommend you use a meat thermometer and use the Measuring Doneness chart below.

Cooking Times
for BurgersRemember to fully thaw your burgers. The FDA recommends cooking burgers to no less than well done - 165°. Other cooking times are listed below. Remember to cook your burgers to an internal temperature that is 5° less than the temperatures listed. They will continue to warm about 5° when they rest after cooking.
