Cooking Instructions
- On a Mandolin or with a knife, julienne the radishes.
- Combine the radishes with the jalapeno, cilantro and juice of the limes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside
- Grill or sear the steaks until desired doneness, and then top with the radish salad before serving.
