Cooking Instructions
In a shallow dish, mix rum, soy sauce, garlic, shallot, and red pepper. Add four 1½ inch thick 6oz Filet Mignon. Cover and refrigerate two hours, turning occasionally. Remove steaks from marinade and brush lightly with oil. Broil in preheat broiler, 6 inches from heat for 1 minutes each side. Turn and broil until medium rare. Arrange 6oz Filet Mignons on serving platter and garnish with watercress, sliced radishes and cucumber spears.
