Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 Berkshire Pork Chops
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced thin

  • 1 cup polenta
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup fresh grated aged white cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. of sugar

  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 shallots, diced fine
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
