Cooking Instructions
In a glass or stainless steel bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Preheat a grill to medium heat. Salt and pepper the vegetables and brush with oil. Grill the vegetables to golden brown on each side. Remove from the grill. Allow to cool then dice the vegetables. In a large bowl combine the dressing, greens, and vegetables. Toss well. Place in a bowl and garnish with the parmesan cheese.
