  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add next four ingredients. Saute for 6-8 minutes until onion begins to brown. Drain well. Return to skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for 30-45 minutes, stirring often. Serve on Steakburgers .
