  • 1 tablespoon Ground White Sesame (Surigoma)
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Cooking Wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Egg Cole Slaw: 1 cup Julienne Cut Green Cabbage
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Ground White Sesame (Surigoma)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Bread: 1 1/2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Ciabatta Roll, split horizontally
  • Topping: Minced Scallion (about 1 tablespoon)
  • Crushed Red Peppers (1/8 teaspoon or your preferred amount)
