  • 1/4 cup mexican beer
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. ancho powder
  • 1 tbsp. coriander
  • 1 tbsp. lime zest
  • 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • For the Shot:
  • 1/4 cup organic spicy ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup V-8™ Vegetable Juice, no added salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 splash Cholula Hot Sauce
  • salt and pepper, to taste
