Cooking Instructions
Sauté ingredients about 10 minutes. Add one 12 oz. container of frozen concentrated orange juice and cook for another 15 minutes on slow heat. Season to taste and add 1/2 lb. - 3/4 lb. small shrimp. Cook 3 to 5 minutes and serve over Kansas City Strip Steaks or 6oz Filet Mignon. Garnish with chopped mint or parsley. This recipe serves 8, adjust as necessary.
