  • 2 French Baguette Sandwich Rolls, cut in half horizontally

  • Spinach Dressed with a Warm Bacon Vinaigrette (see below)

Cooking Instructions

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over both sides of both steaks. Season with Montreal Steak Seasoning to well coat both sides of the steaks. Place lemon slices on top of the steaks and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit in the refrigerator 4 hour or overnight if possible. An hour before cooking, pull out of refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature. Heat grill to about 500 Time To Prepare: 35
