  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. coarsely cracked black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. To Use: Brush steak with Worcestershire Sauce, then sprinkle generously with the rub before grilling, frying, or broiling to desired doneness. Store remianing rub in an air-tight container. Serving Suggestion: After steak is done to your liking sprinkle with some good Buttermilk Blue Cheese and Sliced Green Onions.
