  • 1/4 cup yellow onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup japanese teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp. bottled chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp. sake (or sherry)

Cooking Instructions

In a small sauce pan fry onion in butter over moderate heat until golden (about 8 to 10 minutes). Mix in remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve hot over broiled steak.
